Any purchase in the online store is always associated with providing Customer’s personal data. This information is necessary for the processing of payment and delivery.

The Seller understands the value of this information and its responsibility for storing the same, processing and use; therefore it focuses on parameters such as security and privacy.

The Seller makes every effort to protect the user's personal data stored in the system from unauthorized access or use, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (GDPR). The operating company stores the following data for order processing:

• Telephone

• The encrypted password 

• The other data that the User fills in on the website BLS-House.com

The Seller guarantees that the Customer's personal data will be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law only for purchase process, delivery, and if necessary for customer support.

The Seller guarantees that the Customer's personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for our partners providing the services under the agreement with the Customer.

In particular, the Customer hereby authorizes the Seller to transfer Customer’s personal data (address and telephone number) to partners providing delivery of the ordered goods; partners who provide furniture assembly, if the Customer asked the Seller to provide assistance in the organization of such services; and to others in case of objective necessity in order to ensure compliance with the agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

The Seller has the right to send the Customer information, including advertising materials, information on current promotion and discounts, only with his consent. The Customer is entitled to opt out of receiving promotional and other information without explanation. Service messages informing the Customer of the order and stages of the order processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the Customer.

Each registered user has a username and password to log in. The password is encrypted, only the user knows it. The user must ensure the reliability and data protection, so that the username and password could be used only by him or by the person empowered to act on his behalf. 

The Customer has the right to change his account information, or delete it at any time.
