Delivery with in the European Union

We try to deliver products purchased online at the earliest possible date.  

The Customer may request information regarding progress of the order and the expected delivery date by contacting customer support on info@BLS-House.com.

Together with suppliers and our partner transport companies we ensure all ordered items are delivered in the most optimal way. Partner transport companies are responsible for the delivery of goods. Partially we arrange delivery on our own or in cooperation with the supplier.

The goods are delivered by the Seller to the Customer's premises (up to the entrance door of an apartment building, office building or the gate of a private house). Goods are shipped from a location nearest to the Customer’s address, which can be reached by the truck. 

If the delivery location is inside a pedestrian areas, historical center, or another site with transport , be sure to inform us about it at the moment of placing the order. In that case cost of delivery will be calculated individually. 

The goods are delivered only by one truck driver. The Customer should be ready to assist in unloading the goods unless lifting to your apartment or office is ordered.

The Customer may use the Seller’s services to lift the goods into an apartment building, office or private house. In that case an assistant will accompany the driver. Cost of this service is 75 Euros (incl. VAT) for the entire order, on conditions that the path is free and the goods are not too heavy or large-dimensioned for a specific type of building. Be sure that there are no narrow doors, spiral staircases and other obstacles complicating delivery. If the distance for handling the goods is more than 10 meters, the cost of handling may change. 

In case you decide to handle the goods on your own, you have to be ready to transport large and heavy items and look for assistance.

Lifting and furniture assembling are calculated separately.
