Guarantee and Warranty

Warranty periods are determined by the manufacturer and are calculated starting from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Customer. According to law, the Manufacturer must guarantee integrity of purchased goods to the Seller.

    Furniture warranty period is 12 months, unless otherwise stated in the warranty card that comes with the furniture.

    Warranty is valid only in case of observance of all the rules indicated in the warranty card.

    The Customer may raise a claim directly to the Manufacturer or authorized organization. To raise a claim the Customer must provide the warranty card and the invoice. In case of warranty event the Manufacturer, at its discretion, shall repair the goods within 45 days after receiving the goods, or replace them with similar and irreproachable items.

    The Customer can submit the warranty to the Seller, but in this case are valid obligations from the previous paragraph.

    Return, repair and parts replacement in case of warranty event are carried out in accordance with conditions indicated by the Manufacturer in the warranty card; the Customer does not bear costs to return the goods.

    Warranty applies only to the parts with rejects.

    Damages, occurred during the operation and natural wear-and-tear, are not subject to warranty.

    The products are made of natural materials and materials imitating wood textures, so they can have differences in hues or patterns even within the same order. Possible differences in hues and patterns of furniture, wood knots, annual rings at the front part of cabinet furniture, as well as possible cuts, scrapes and bumps on the leather parts are not defects and shall not be considered for reclamation.

  Leather products manufacturing process includes various structural nuances due to skins natural origin, such as skin folds, scars, bites, brands, etc.
