Return of goods

  1) The Customer must inform the Seller about his intention to return the goods in by e-mail at info@BLS-House.com, within 15 days from the date of acceptance of the goods. The message is considered timely if sent by the time specified in the agreement.
  2) The Seller has 5 days to consider the request and to decide on the return of the goods.
  3) After receiving the approval from the Seller, the Customer must return the goods within 15 days. If the Customer cancels the agreement, the goods must be sent to the company intact and in full within 15 days. 
Goods must be returned in their original packaging. The Customer bears the costs connected with the cancellation of the agreement and return of goods to the Seller.
  4) The Seller will refund the Customer the overall cost of the order under the agreement, no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
      Goods with evidence of mounting or assembly (used rails, scratches from mounting, bolted handles, traces of drilling, etc.) cannot be returned, because prominent traces of mounting are considered as damages that occur during installation and the goods are automatically categorised as "second-hand".

These conditions are invalid if the purchased goods are destroyed, damaged, broken, do not work or their quantity varies through the Customer's fault. The Customer must examine the goods upon delivery or self-delivery according to the order.
In case of visible packaging damage, the claim to the Seller or the carrier company must be asserted and given before acceptancing the goods. The Customer should not accept such goods, and has the right to return the same.
If the package is physically damaged or unsealed, its contents differs or goods inside are damaged, and the Customer has accepted the goods anyway, it is necessary to assert a claim to the Seller or the carrier company.
Carefully inspect the goods before accepting in the presence of the delivery company.
Insufficient lighting, haste, carelessness and other reasons that prevented the Customer to examine the goods carefully when accepting are not considered to be reasonable justification for returning the goods and claims for damaged goods after the acceptance certificate is signed.
Note: You cannot refuse goods of sound quality, having individually defined properties - the furniture was manufactured to suit your individual preferences and therefore can be used only by you.
